At Figureit, we respect your privacy and provide users with control over their personal data. If you wish to delete your data associated with our app, please follow the steps below.

How to Delete Your Data

If you have logged into Figureit using Facebook Login and wish to delete your data, you can request data deletion by:

1. Manual Request via Email:

   • Send an email to integration@figureit.info with the subject line: "Request for Data Deletion".

   • In the email, include your Facebook ID and any relevant account details.

   • We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once your data has been deleted.

2. Through the Meta Data Deletion Callback URL:

   • Meta allows users to request data deletion directly through their Facebook Settings.

   • To do this:

     • Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy > Apps and Websites.

     • Find Figureit in the list of connected apps.

     • Click on Remove and choose to delete all data associated with the app.

   • This will trigger our system to delete any stored personal data associated with your Facebook account.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon request, we will delete all personal data linked to your Facebook account, including but not limited to:

• Profile information retrieved from Facebook (Name, Email, Profile Picture, etc.)

• Any data stored within our platform that is linked to your Facebook ID

• Any logs or interactions you have had with our app

Processing Time

We will complete the deletion process within 7 business days from receiving your request. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to integration@figureit.info.
