THIS PRIVACY POLICY (THE “POLICY”) EXPLAINS THE TYPES OF INFORMATION THAT WE RECEIVE AND COLLECT WHEN YOU USE OUR WEBSITE AND/OR THE RELATED SERVICES OFFERED BY US AS PART OF THE WEBSITE (THE “SERVICES”), AND DESCRIBES THE WAYS WE USE AND PROTECT THEM.
THE USE OF THE FIGUREIT PLATFORM, THE FIGUREIT WEBSITE, AND/OR ANY OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY THEM IS SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS POLICY.
THIS POLICY MAY BE UPDATED FROM TIME TO TIME, THEREFORE WE ASK YOU TO CHECK BACK PERIODICALLY FOR THE MOST UPDATED POLICY, AS INDICATED BELOW. YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND/OR ANY OF OUR SERVICES AFTER THIS POLICY HAS BEEN AMENDED SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE YOUR CONTINUED ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY, AS AMENDED.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Our primary goal in collecting information is to provide you—and all users of the Figureit Platform and Website—with a customized and efficient experience. We therefore only collect personal information that is relevant for that purpose.
1.1 Registration Data.
In order to use the services of the Platform and/or the Website, you will be requested to provide us with certain information concerning you, such as:

1.2 Automatic Tracking.
By the nature of its functionality, the Platform and the Website may track certain information about you to perform internal research on our users’ demographics, interests, site usage patterns, and behavior. This information is collected in aggregate form without usually identifying any individual user—except that your IP address is considered personal information. Non-personally identifiable information may be analyzed by us to improve and expand the functionality of our Services and to enhance the Website.

As part of using the Platform and the Website, you have the option to upload materials, data, documents, charts, and other relevant information (collectively, “Uploaded Materials”). You may also receive analysis, documents, summaries, and inputs from the Platform concerning such Uploaded Materials (collectively, “Processed Data”). Uploading these materials is at your sole discretion and is not a condition for using the Platform or the Website. By uploading, you confirm that you have the express permission from the owner of the Uploaded Materials or that you are the legal owner of such materials. Please do not upload any Uploaded Materials without the consent of the rightful owner.

We use the Information to provide you with the Services offered on the Platform.
c. Improving Software and Resolving Problems.
We may use the Information collected to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and improve the Platform and/or the Website.

We may advertise and promote the Platform, the Website, or any of the Services and its contents. However, we will not disclose, sell, or transfer any personal information (other than automatically tracked data) to any third parties for advertising or promotional purposes, except as specified in this Policy.
e. Third Parties.
We may, at any time, add affiliate partners or third-party content providers to the Platform and/or the Website. Specifically, we work with OpenAI, which commits to not training any models on your data. By using our Services, you consent to the processing and transfer of the Information by these third parties as necessary to provide you with our Service.
f. Special Cases.
We may disclose Information if ordered by a judicial authority, to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or law enforcement/government requests, or when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or users, or to prevent harm.
4. PROTECTION OF INFORMATION
Personal Information is encrypted and protected by firewalls and by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology—the industry standard for encrypting data transmitted online. While we use industry-standard practices to safeguard your privacy, we do not guarantee that the Information collected will always remain completely private. In addition to online encryption, we protect your information offline. Access to personally identifiable information is restricted to employees who require it to perform their duties, and our computers/servers are maintained in a secure environment.
5. RETENTION OF UPLOADED MATERIALS AND PROCESSED DATA
All Uploaded Materials and Processed Data will be retained until you delete your account. Upon account deletion, your associated data will be removed in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
6. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
This Policy governs the use and disclosure of Information that we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose information to other parties, different rules may apply regarding the use or disclosure of such personal information. We do not control the privacy practices of third parties, and you will be subject to their respective policies.
7. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION IN THE EVENT OF A MERGER
We may merge with or be acquired by another business entity or sell all or substantially all of our assets to an acquirer. 8. ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have the right to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we have collected and hold about you, as well as information regarding how it is processed. You also have the right to transmit your data to any third party, except in cases where the request is unfounded, excessive, or repetitive—in which case we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administration fee or refuse the request.
9. YOUR RIGHT OF DELETION (“RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN”)
You may request the deletion of any and all materials we have collected and saved with respect to you at any time and request that we cease further use of such data. Notwithstanding, we may retain certain information as required by applicable law. Please note that third parties with whom we work may not have the same deletion policies. Requesting deletion is total and irreversible; once deleted, all records of your presence on our systems will be permanently removed.
